We stayed at a beautiful hotel with a great view and cool air, located on top of a hill just a short distance from town. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a swimming pool and a small playground for the kids. The villa had a spacious living room, balcony, and a small kitchen counter with eating utensils. We enjoyed our stay and the affordable price was a bonus.
The towels could have been better and the hotel could have provided more attention to detail regarding amenities.

We had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area, which was never too crowded and always clean. The beautiful view of the surrounding mountains was stunning, and the fresh air was a breath of fresh air. We also appreciated the good location of the hotel, which was close to several good restaurants and shopping areas.
There were a few things we didn't like about our stay. The breakfast was a bit lacking in variety and didn't always taste very fresh.

The staff was friendly and willing to help us with information about the surrounding area. The breakfast had a decent variety of options to choose from. The location was great, as it was close to the highway and easy to access different parts of the city.
The room had a musty odor and it seemed like the air conditioning was not working properly. The towels provided were old and looked dirty.

The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout my stay. They promptly addressed any small issues that arose. The beds were particularly comfortable, unlike the typical beds found in other hotels. Additionally, the location was ideal, situated on top of a hill away from the busy main street but still close to the town area.
Nothing to complain about at all.

We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even calling us to inform us of road closures and giving us clear directions. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy living room and dining area. The ambience was serene and refreshing, surrounded by lush greenery. The highlight was definitely the balcony, with its beautiful wood-carved day bed and small tea table, perfect for relaxing as a family and enjoying the view. The swimming pool was also a hit, attracting us with its enticing appearance.
The only inconvenience we noticed was that the hotel rooms did not have an elevator, making it challenging to reach the second and third floors. Additionally, the food options were simple and once they ran out, they were not replenished.
